Islamabad: After the heated trial in the Iddat case involving former prime minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lawmakers alleged that today’s event has led to a delay in the announcement of the court’s decision. “Pre-plan” strategy.

He further said that the Sessions Judge Justice Shahrukh Arjumand has been directed not to preside over more cases.
Gohar told the bench that Justice Arjumand wanted to refer the matter to the apex court.
Following today’s incident, the judge wrote to the Islamabad High Court (IHC) requesting that the appeal be transferred to another court.
Shibli accused Faraz Maneka of verbally attacking former prime minister Imran and alleged that the case was deliberately delayed, saying it was “politically motivated”.
Echoing the sentiments of Ali Muhammad Khan Faraz, the PTI supremo said Imran was disrespectful before the court today.
Pointing to the sudden public holiday declared yesterday to commemorate Youm-e-Takbar, Khan said the cipher case was supposed to be heard yesterday but was postponed due to the unprecedented holiday.
Like other cases involving Imran Khan, Iddat said the case was “baseless”.
Earlier this morning, the Sessions Judge heard the Iddat Court request that Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi be transferred to another court without pronouncing the reserved verdict which many believed would lead to the conviction of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi.
