TANDLIANWALA: Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari claimed on Thursday that the PPP was running for office on behalf of the country’s citizens, while other political parties were fighting for their lives to stay out of jail or to escape it. Speaking at a party workers convention in Tandlianwala, Bilawal reiterated that the PPP’s goal was to install PPP loyalists, or jiyalas, in positions of chief minister and prime minister. Acknowledging the historic support the PPP had gotten from the people for Benazir and Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, he said he had come to Tandlianwala to ask for their support. He added that no force in the world could stop them from following their path. In order to solve the current problems of inflation, unemployment, poverty, and economic crises, Bilawal promised to change the course of events for the people of Pakistan. He was confident that only the PPP could achieve these objectives. The former foreign minister made the observation that, in contrast to other political parties, the PPP has presented a 10-point plan for the welfare of voters in this election.

In addition to guaranteeing the children of laborers’ education and basic needs, Bilawal promised to provide Benazir Worker Cards, Youth Cards, and Student Loans to students. The PPP chairman emphasized his dedication to eradicating prejudice, polarization, and traditional politics in order to confront the issues confronting the nation with a fresh perspective. He declared that the PPP’s supporters would be the ones to win.
