Islamabad: Federal Minister for Industry, Production and Food Security Rana Tanwar Hussain on Sunday said that the sweeping reforms of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz government and the pro-economic policies of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will lead the country to economic growth.
Speaking to a private news channel, he said that the PMLN-led government is trying to reduce inflation and we believe that the country is moving in the right direction under the leadership of the Prime Minister.
He said that the leadership of PML-N is always committed to serve the poor section and said that we are fighting to develop the economy and take the country on the path of development.
“We believe that social justice, political stability and the rule of law are essential for the growth and prosperity of a progressive country,” he said.
Answering a question, he said that the government now wants to encourage neighboring countries to take advantage of Pakistan’s favorable and business-friendly atmosphere.
He said that Pakistan can attract all the foreign investments in various sectors to develop the economy and gradually the country will emerge as an economic power in the world.
To another question, he said that now Pakistan needs political and economic stability and said that all political parties should develop a consensus for the national interest.
