ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday expressed his admiration for the security forces for effectively foiling a major attack on Bannu base.
In his statement, the Prime Minister vehemently condemned the terrorists for the attack on Bannu Cantonment and reiterated his steadfast support to the national security forces in their ongoing fight against terrorism.
The Prime Minister expressed his sincere condolences and grief to the bereaved families and highlighted the unparalleled sacrifices of the Pakistan Army and security forces in the fight against terrorism.
The Prime Minister commended the security forces for their courage in confronting the ten terrorists and eliminating them decisively and emphasized his unwavering determination to eradicate terrorism from the country.
The Prime Minister prayed for the promotion in Paradise for the martyred soldiers of the Pakistan Army who included Naíb Subedar Muhammad Shehzad, Hawaldar Zil-e-Hussain, Havaldar Shehzad Ahmed, Lance Naik Sabz Ali, Sepoy Ashfaq Hussay Sobhan and Sepoy Majeed, Sepoy Imtiaz Khan and Sepoy Arsalan Aslam.
