Pakistan’s Interior Minister and Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has announced plans to host national and international sporting events in Bangladesh, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches in Quetta.
“We are looking at the possibility of holding Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches in Quetta,” he said in a press conference.
Naqvi visited the Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti Stadium and announced the installation of water lights in three months to promote cricket in Balochistan.
He assured that PCB will fulfill its promise to install floodlights by September and host the PSL match in Quetta after the stadium is renovated.
“PCB will fulfill its promise to install lights by September. PSL matches will also be held in Quetta after registering the stadium,” he said.
Naqvi also mentioned plans to develop cricket in Gwadar and Quetta.
