Pancakes of sesame are very delicious in their taste. Their taste doubles in winter season. The sesame pancakes can be prepared in minimum time and with least expenditures. The ingredients and preparation method is as under:
Ingredients Quantity
Sesame seeds 1 cup
Honey 2 table spoons
Ghee or cooking oil 1 teaspoon
Jaggery As per taste
Gram flour 2 tablespoons
Preparation method:
(a). Take a pan, put the sesame seeds in it and roast them on low temperature.
(b). In another pan, roast the gram flour till it becomes fragrant.
(c). After the sesame seeds cool down, add honey and mix them with a spoon.
(d). Then add the roasted gram flour and mix it.
(e). Take ghee or cooking oil in a frying pan and add jaggery to it.
(f). After heating for a while, add the sesame mixture and heat it for two to three minutes. (Heat & not cook)
(g). Take it out in a vessel and when cools down a little, make small ball-like pancakes.
