ISLAMABAD: Saadia Altaf Qazi, the Pakistani ambassador to Norway, and Rabail Mustafa Soomro, the deputy head of mission, visited the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) on Friday to attend a lecture about potential projects and avenues for educational partnership between Pakistan and Norway.
According to the embassy’s post on X, the seminar was organized by the university’s foreign office in cooperation with instructors and students at NTNU and Sukkur IBA University of Pakistan.
Additionally, the conference offered a chance to interact with the RAPID-Erasmus+ and Norwegian Partnership Programme for Global Academic Cooperation (NORPART).

The goal of the RAPID project, which is funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ CBHE program, is to improve Pakistan’s higher education institutions’ ability to offer online courses.
