There were few immigrants who went abroad illegally to defame Pakistan, now the beggars have done the rest and they are causing the country’s defamation by changing the shapeshifting of Hajj pilgrims in the Holy Hijaz. On which the Saudi government seems to be very angry and it has issued a warning to the Ministry of Religious Affairs because of the Pakistani beggars.
It is feared that these beggars may cause problems for Pakistani Umrah and Haj pilgrims. Because Saudi Arabia has expressed serious concern over the increasing number of Pakistani beggars coming to Saudi Arabia on Hajj and Umrah visas.
This should be a matter of concern for the Ministry of Religious Affairs and all related institutions because Pakistani pilgrims are already searched at various airports and pilgrims from other countries of the world are cleared very easily. If this series continues, the country will be more disgraced.
According to a well-known website, a local English newspaper reported that ministry of Religious Affairs sources said that the Saudi authorities have warned that if the beggars who come under the semblance of Umrah and Hajj are not controlled, the Pakistani Umrah will be cancelled and Hajj pilgrims will be adversely affected. According to the report, the Saudi Ministry of Religious Affairs issued a warning to Pakistan’s Ministry of Religious Affairs stating that Pakistan must prevent beggars from entering the Gulf country under Umrah visas. So the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Pakistan has decided to bring the Umrah Act, which aims to regulate the travel agencies that organize Umrah and bring them under legal supervision.
It should be noted that a report had also come out before this. In which it was claimed that Pakistani beggars go to Saudi Arabia on Umrah visa and then take part in activities like begging there. The Saudi government tired of Pakistani beggars has issued a warning to the Ministry of Religious Affairs. According to the report the Saudi Ministry of Religious Affairs has issued a warning to Pakistan issued a warning to prevent beggars from entering the Gulf country under Umrah visa. The Ministry of Religious Affairs of Pakistan has decided to bring the Umrah act which the aim is to regulate the travel agencies that arrange Umrah and bring them under legal supervision.
It should be noted that earlier there was a report which claimed that Pakistani beggars go to Saudi Arabia on Umrah visa and then beg there. They become a part of activities like begging. It is remembered that the international media has been reporting news about this for many years which is causing disrepute for Pakistan.
Therefore it is necessary to activate all relevant institutions including FIA against these beggars so that their cases cannot be processed and those who succeed in being processed are stopped at the airports. It is shameful for the entire nation that Saudi government warns Pakistan only. If the higher authorities realize this, if any countries citizens are found to involve in any hateful business, then it brings the whole nation into disrepute and ordinary Pakistanis also have to face difficulties.
It is now the responsibility of the government to start rounding up such beggars and especially the travel agents who are experts in possessing the visa of pilgrims in every category for extra money. They should also be investigated so that the beggars who bring the country into disgrace can be caught and the travel agents who facilitate this heinous business should also be blacklisted to get rid of this important sector of such elements.
It is hoped that the Federal Minister of Religious Affairs will not only contact the Saudi authorities on this important issue, but also start a series of meetings with relevant institutions within the country that before the upcoming Hajj and Umrah season. During this period these beggars can be banned as much as possible from going to Saudi Arabia. If the ministry shows laxity in this regard this illegal business will increase further.
