According to the instructions of the provincial government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the district administration of Dir Lower organized a large open court consisting of the four union councils of Talash, Noorakhel, Shahikhel, Doshkhel and Banda Gayi, in which Deputy Commissioner Dir Lower Mohammad Arif Khan, District Police Officer Captain Retired Salim Abbas Kalachi, Additional Deputy Commissioner General Bashir Khan, Additional Deputy Commissioner Finance and Planning Gohar Ali, Tehsil Chairman Timergara Mufti Irfanuddin, District Officers of all departments, representatives and General Secretary of National Reform Jirga Talash Duskhel Dr. Noor Mohammad, Sher Muhammad Atman Khel, Aftab Alam Khan, Maulana Muhammad Nabi Shah, Haji Ghulam Muhammad, General Secretary of Anjuman Tahafuz Tajran Talash Bazar and elders of the area participated in a large number. During this time, the people of the area have been protesting against law and order, health, education, drinking water, agriculture, illegal and cruel electricity bills, developmental and construction projects, unannounced load shedding, Talash bypass project, Gopalam project, problems of students in educational institutions, Facing, construction and repair of communication roads, adulteration of milk, bad condition of hospitals, marked twenty big problems, on which the Deputy Commissioner issued orders to the responsible officers of the relevant departments to solve them.
