According to details, the Peshawar-Tachitral Main NCC Highway, near the newly constructed Kulut-nama bridge a few months ago in the Talaash Shamshi Khan area of Lower Dir district, has turned into ruins due to the lack of drainage and the continuous flow of sewage from the adjacent population and the local market. Where large puddles and water jugs have formed. Drivers are using the wrong direction of their vehicles to avoid the puddles, which can cause a major accident at any time. People walking on foot are also facing a lot of difficulties due to the traffic in the adjacent population and the nearby local market. The local people have demanded immediate improvement of the situation from the district administration of Lower Dir, TMA and NHA authorities. It should be remembered that this is the only highway on which five districts of Upper Lower Chitral, Upper Lower Dir and Bajaur, as well as the trade traffic of several countries of Central Asia, depend. Therefore, the people of the area have demanded immediate improvement of the situation.
