PESHAWAR: To improve tax compliance and discourage tax evasion, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) has confiscated the income data of a restaurant placed at Karnal Sher Khan Interchange.
On the directives of KPRA Director General Fauzia Iqbal, a group from the Mardan and Malakand areas, led by using Assistant Collector Waqar Ahmed, performed a raid on a eating place at Karnal Sher Khan Interchange on the Swat Motorway due to tax compliance troubles. The group seized the restaurant’s income information for scrutiny and targeted examination.
