Big and overcrowded cities have led to increase stress levels in individuals in Pakistani nation as wells all over the world. Primarily stresses are produced due to various influences such as noise and air pollution, overcrowding, and lack of green spaces. Kitchen gardening has emerged as a
potential stress-mitigating activity, providing individuals with a calming and peaceful environment within their urban homes. Similarly, today the young generation of Pakistani nation both male and female severely worried due to mental problems like anxiety and depression and their numbers
are increasing day by day.
The main cause of misery problems, i.e. They are spending too much time on screen, which can lead to social isolation. Excessive screen time can have badly affected physical and mental health of the individuals.
The physical activities as a whole in the nation is shrinking or gradually declining. In these situations, the parents can only play a vital role in their young ones to change their habits from extreme screen time activities into physical good habits like kitchen gardening and ornamental flowers gardening.
Adopting these physical activities, a family can lead and enjoy the fresh environment as well as the fresh food in shape of vegetables, fruits, condiments and colorful flowers. Similarly, the home decoration with indoor plants is one of the beautiful habits of any community of the nation, which can change the harsh behaviour of young generation into soft and smiley mood.
