QUETTA: Justice Hashim Khan Kakar was sworn in as Acting Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court on Monday.
Justice Hashim was sworn in after Chief Justice Balochisan Supreme Court Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan was elevated as a judge of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
BHC Judge Mohammad Ejaz Swati administered the oath as the Acting CJ of BHC in a ceremony held at Court No. 1, High Court of Balochistan.
Judges of Balochistan High Court, Registrar of Balochistan High Court and renowned lawyers attended the ceremony.
