According to details, following the special orders of Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, Islamabad Traffic Police has taken an important step of ‘Door Policy’ for the citizens of Islamabad, Public Relations Officer said. .
Islamabad Traffic Police said that under this initiative smart digital cars have been introduced to make it easier for citizens to get all the services related to driving license easily at their doorstep.
However, Social Facilitation and Education Mobile Services of Islamabad Traffic Police have issued driving licenses to students of Dr. Akbar Naizi Teaching Hospital.
SSP Traffic Islamabad Muhammad Sarfraz Virk said that he prefers to issue driver’s license at the door of all facilities.
In addition, he said that 18-year-olds can get a study permit through Digital Smart cars, and residents over 70 years old can call 03111101915 and get all these facilities at home.
“Citizens are urged not to drive without a driving license and to cooperate with the Islamabad Traffic Police.”
