Tomatoes are being sold at PKR 250 per kg, onions at PKR 200, and potatoes at PKR 150. Seasonal vegetables are priced at no less than PKR 100 per kg. The price of broiler chicken, which was PKR 500 per kg, surged to PKR 750 within two days. Beef has risen from PKR 800 to PKR 1000 per kg, while boneless meat is being sold at PKR 1400 per kg. Mutton is priced between PKR 1600 and PKR 2000 per kg. Broiler eggs are being sold at PKR 360 per dozen.
Garlic is priced at PKR 800 per kg, peas at PKR 200, capsicum at PKR 400, carrots at PKR 100, ginger at PKR 400, cauliflower at PKR 200, and bitter gourd at PKR 200. Fruits like apples cost PKR 300 per kg, pomegranates PKR 500, bananas PKR 200 per dozen, guavas PKR 200, and citrus fruits (mosambi, malta) are priced between PKR 200 and PKR 400 per dozen.
Among pulses, black gram (mash) is priced at PKR 660 per kg, lentils (masoor) at PKR 440, rice at PKR 380, white chickpeas at PKR 440, and red chili at PKR 800 per kg. Tea leaves (200 grams) cost PKR 420, sugar PKR 150 per kg, first-grade ghee PKR 550 per kg, milk PKR 200 per liter, yogurt PKR 180 per kg, and packaged milk PKR 350 per liter.
