According to a foreign media report, a condition has been attached to this extremely low price for the hotel located in Denver, the capital of the U.S. state of Colorado. The buyer must agree to renovate the entire building and convert it into a shelter for homeless individuals.
The report states that in 2023, the city of Denver purchased a former hotel named Stay Inn for $9 million. While some minor renovations were made, the building still requires extensive work. The city aims to support the homeless population, which is why it has imposed the condition that whoever buys the hotel must convert it into a residential facility to assist homeless individuals.
