Pakistani chairman Tehreek-E-insf (PTI) Barrister Gohar Khan accused the government of deliberate avoidance by negotiating and ignoring the party’s demand for court. In an interview with the media in front of Rawalpindi Kacheri on Wednesday, Gohar said that PTI formally asked the court commission to deal with key fears, but did not answer the government. “They did not want the conversations to take place or lead to a solution,” he said. He also claimed that the authorities deliberately delayed engagement and said, “We introduced our requirements, but the government has not taken any serious steps. If they were honest, they would give a timely answer. ” According to him, the officials promised the answer until January 28 at the Committee meeting, but the PTI was not informed of any decision in advance. Gohar stressed that his party had launched a dialogue process, although he faced intensive political pressure. “Our leader Imran Khan remains our chairman today and will continue to be in the future,” he said. He also explained that the only contact point PTI was the head of the army and denied meeting someone else in negotiations. Gohar said in the commentary on the legal affairs that their case was submitted by Judge Chaudhr, who planned another hearing. “We hope that a permanent judge will soon be appointed to move the process forward,” he said, adding that the leader of PTI Latif Khosa suggested a strong legal case.
