This year, Google partnered with the Pakistan Freelancers Association (PAFLA) to develop a program to help the freelancer community in Pakistan address issues in the areas of soft skills such as personal branding and communication skills. Up to 50,000 PAFLA freelancers could benefit from a program taught by Google experts.
With the goal of inspiring and empowering women to integrate and thrive in the workforce, Google, along with its long-time partner Tech Valley, joined forces to design the Career Kamyabi program, which advocates for gender balance in the workforce and aims to create an inclusive and a supportive work environment for women by offering them equal opportunities for employment and professional development. Already supported by 50+ of Pakistan’s leading employers, the program helps create economic opportunities for women by connecting them with potential employers.
