Fried cabbage masala is a unique and tasty recipe and can be prepare with a little efforts. You will obviously enjoy it.
Ingredients and preparation method is given as under.
Ingredients Quantity
Cabbage 1 kg
Gram flour ½ cup
Cooking oil 1 tablespoon
Onion 2 medium pieces
Tomato 2 pieces
Ginger, garlic 1 piece each
Salt as per taste
Pepper 1 teaspoon
Tikka masala 2 teaspoons
Kasuri methi as per taste
Turmeric 2 teaspoons
Preparation Method:
(a). Firstly cut cabbage into large pieces.
(b). Add salt, pepper, turmeric, kasuri methi, and tikka masala to half a cup of besan and make a paste.
(c). Mix the cabbage in this paste so that all the spices are absorbed in it.
(d). Add a little oil in a pan or frying pan and fry it and keeping stirring with light spoon.
(e). Prepare a paste-like masala like a pot from onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, etc. (you can also add cream or yogurt).
(f). Now add one and a half cups of hot water to make gravy.
(g). Add fried cabbage to it and mix. Keep it on low temperature for five minutes. Delicious fried cabbage is ready. Do enjoy in lunch and dinner with family.
