Islamabad: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) offices will remain open on Saturday and Sunday (June 22 and 23) for tax collection.
According to the notification, FBR main tax payer office, central tax payer office, tax office and regional tax office will be opened to facilitate tax and tax collection to ensure easy and efficient functioning of taxpayers.
It is to be noted that the FBR has extended the date of payment and remittance of Sales Tax and Federal Tax for the tax period of May 2024.
FBR has extended the date due to Eid. The June 18, 2024 federal sales tax and excise tax has been extended until June 24, 2024.
