Eng. Arif Rawan, Convener of YEFT (Young Engineers Facilitation Team) recently convened Sarfaraz Qamar Daha, Honorable Chief Commissioner PBSA and President FAGE (Federal Association of Government Engineers) at his office in Islamabad.
Rafique Sarhadi (MD Little Fellow Group) and Umer Zaka were also present on the occasion.
Critical issues related to Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and welfare of young engineers were discussed during the meeting. Special attention was paid to the upcoming PEC Elections, where strategies for constructive participation and engagement were discussed in detail.
A notable highlight of the discussions was the solidarity and unity demonstrated by the engineers under the visionary leadership of PEC Chairman, Engr. Najeeb Haroon and his dynamic team. Ing. Rawan appreciated Chairman Haroon’s proactive initiatives to empower and support young engineers and acknowledged the key role they play in shaping the future of engineering in Pakistan.
The meeting ended on an upbeat note with a mutual commitment to improve facilitation and support mechanisms for young engineers and ensure their continued growth and contribution to the nation’s engineering landscape.
