SWAT: At least eight members of the same family died after a jeep fell into a deep ditch in Alporai Tehsil of Shangla District.
According to the police, on Monday, Said Wahab was taking his family in a jeep from Alpurai to Paguri, and on the way, due to the poor condition of the road, his vehicle went out of control and fell into a deep ditch.
As a result, the head of the family, Fifty-year-old Said Wahab, his two wives, thirty-eight-year-old Mst Rangeena and thirty-five-year-old Mst Zahida, their two children, five-year-old Zeeshan and three-year-old Adnan, including thirty-year-old Mst Ruqayya wife of Naseebullah and Mst Sanam Bibi wife of Akbar Khan was passed away. The dead persons are said to belong to the same family.
The local people took out the dead bodies from the ditch and shifted them to the district headquarters hospital.
