Peshawar: The Department of Auqaf has announced that the Eid al-Fitr prayer will be held at 7:30 am at the Central Gurbani Mosque on Charsada Road, Peshawar.
Chairman of Hateeb District, Moulana Muhammad Tayyab Qureshi will pray for Eid al-Adha.
Check-out will start at 07:00, followed by 19:30.
The central and provincial Ruet-e-Hilal committees will meet on Tuesday, April 9, to discuss the sighting of the Islamic month of Syawal.
Security plans for Eid al-Adha have been finalized by the Capital Police in Peshawar. According to the plan, more than four thousand personnel and police officials will perform security duties to ensure peace and tranquility during the festival.
