Soup is liked and beneficial for almost every person. However, use of soup in winter becomes the mandatory to control the diseases related to the cold weather.

Ingredients:
Vegetable oil or desi ghee
Chicken bones or leg pieces
Salt, black pepper, cornflour
Carrots, cabbage, onions, garlic paste, lemon juice
How to prepare soup:
Take pot and put one tablespoon of vegetable oil or desi ghee to it.
Add garlic paste to the pot.
Put the chicken bones or leg pieces into the pot.
Add carrots, piece of cabbage and a small onion and fry them well.
When the garlic and meat start sticking to the pot, add water and cook on low temperature for 25 minutes.
When the meat is ready, separate it from the bones, shred it and add it to the meat.
Grind the vegetables and put them in a pan and add salt and cook on low temperature for 10 minutes.
Now to thicken the soup, dissolve the cornflour in water and cook for five minutes.
Now beat the egg and add it to the soup and cook for 2 minutes.
Use lemon juice to make it a little sour.
Finally, add crushed black pepper and soup is ready to drink.
