Daigi chicken quorma is famous recipes and many renowned restaurants, hotels and food points entertain their customers with it. The recipe can also be prepared at home. Ingredients and the way to prepare the recipe are given as under.

Chicken 1 kg
Ghee 1 cup
Onion 2 pieces
Ginger Paste 1 tablespoon
Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Powder red pepper 1.5 teaspoon
Daigi pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Ground coriander 1 tablespoon
Yogurt 1 cup
Garam masala (ground) 1 teaspoon
Cloves 6 to 8 pieces,
Big cardamom 2 pieces
Small cardamom 4/5 pieces
Black pepper 10 pieces
(Grind all these ingredients)
Ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon
Chopped ginger 2 tablespoons
Cloves 1 teaspoon
Salt To taste
Preparation Method:
Heat ghee in a pan and fry first the onion and then the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes and remove.
Then in a bowl, take ginger garlic paste, ground red pepper, Digi pepper, ground Add coriander, salt and water and mix.
Now add cloves, small cardamom and the prepared mixture to the hot ghee in the pan and fry it.
Then blend yogurt and brown onion in a blender.
Now add roasted chicken to the roasted spices and cover for eight to ten minutes.
Then add onion and yogurt mixture to it and cook it.
Now add ground nutmeg, ground garam masala, chopped ginger, ground large cardamom, ground cloves, ground black pepper and curry leaves and cook it.
Finally, take it out in a serving dish and serve it.
