Pind Dadan Khan: A representative delegation of the Pind Dadan Khan community and the Central Traders Association met with Additional Deputy Commissioner Madam Saba Sahar and other district officials.
During the meetings, various suggestions were presented by the community regarding the post-encroachment operation situation, the quality of development projects, and the hardships faced by the city’s residents. Madam Saba Sahar, the Additional Deputy Commissioner, attentively reviewed all the issues in detail and assured that the construction of the road had already begun. She further stated that district officers would make every possible effort to address all remaining issues, utilizing all available resources and powers to provide full relief to the people of Pind Dadan Khan, keeping their longstanding deprivations in mind.
On this occasion, the representatives of the Central Traders Association, including Chaudhry Zubair, Imran Nawab, Chaudhry Zubair Gadhi, Chaudhry Jaleel, and Malik Ghulam Mustafa Mithu, informed Madam Saba Sahar about the difficulties faced by traders. They requested permission, in accordance with the Punjab government’s orders, for shopkeepers to install staircases for shop access and to put up shades for protection against sunlight and rain.
