Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur will launch several projects under the second phase of the Peshawar program next month. Following the timely provision of funds by the provincial government, ongoing projects under the Peshawar program gained further momentum. Ongoing projects include the construction of the six-kilometer running and cycling track Hayatabad in the provincial capital, the renovation and construction of Peshawar Zoo Road (Palosi Road), Iqra Chowk Island on University Road, Park Avenue Island on University Road. , and the construction of the Walkway Town Market. In addition, several projects have been completed at the historic University of Peshawar, including renovation of the university, repair and construction of major roads, flooring in key areas, construction of public washrooms and modern parking facilities. In addition, several development projects including flooring, repairs and other improvement works have been completed at the neighboring Jinnah College for Women. In addition, the renovation and restoration of the historic Government Higher Secondary School No. 1 Hussain Sharif in Peshawar City, as well as the repair, renovation and restoration of the historic significance of the Agricultural Education Institute, have already been completed. These completed projects will not only enhance the beauty of Peshawar but also restore its historical significance and provide a healthier environment for the public. The speed and transparency of the completion of these projects will be ensured at any cost. These remarks were made by Peshawar Divisional Commissioner Riaz Khan Mehsud while presiding over a review meeting on ongoing development projects under II. phase of the Peshawar Rising program. In a review meeting presided over by Divisional Commissioner Peshawar, Project Engineer Muhammad Adeel gave a detailed update on the ongoing development projects in the final stages of completion. It was decided to complete the projects by October 20 and hand them over to the respective departments after their inauguration by the Chief Minister. In this regard, Peshawar Division Commissioner Riaz Khan Mehsud will make a special visit on Monday to review the projects.
