Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti on Friday promised to implement a model of “good governance” in the province.
CM Bugti expressed his thoughts and decided to end the culture of ‘bad governance’. He said, “We must stop corrupt practices in the province.”
“The Constitution emphasizes on providing protection to the people. Those who challenge the state ordinance will be brought to justice,” said CM Bugti.
Emphasizing the importance of holding dialogues to solve the problems of the province, CM Bugti said, “We want to solve the problems of Balochistan by holding dialogues.”
He promised to make every effort to end the menace of smuggling from the country. “We have to discourage smuggling. But we have to boost trade.”
A few days ago, CM Bugti expressed his thoughts, “We have to increase our resources and revenue.”
“Terrorists cannot harm Balochistan or the whole of Pakistan,” he added.
He made it clear that his government would not compromise the province’s rights.
“We will get our rights from the center in a constitutional way,” Bugti said.
CM Bugti said, “Our name would be etched in the history books if we eliminate corruption even by 10 percent.”
