Islamabad: Sikandar Sultan Raja, head of the CEC Commissioner (CEC), launched digital services on Tuesday to digitize operations and increase public involvement for greater efficiency and transparency in Pakistani election processes. Emphasis was placed on how these devices would be necessary to strengthen everyday traffic, allowing staff and the public to easily access services. The new digital services include different internal modules and two mobile applications designed to meet different needs of the election commission and voters. The key features and modules include the rights management system (LCMS), training on training (TIMS), human resource management (HRMS) and HRMS-Admin, monitoring and reporting system (MRS), Office management (Iorms), application To manage mobile complaints (CMS), ECP mobile application for employees (EPAM), planner and telephone directory. These digital platforms streamline the workflow and allow real -time data management, which increases the ability of the election commission to effectively oversee basic activities. The public now has unrivaled access to key services such as presenting and monitoring complaints. These services allow citizens to actively participate in the electoral process and addresses.
