Under the supervision of Khyber district administration, with the support of Khyber forest department, a ceremony was held in Dalkhad Landikotal regarding the Billion Tree Plus plantation campaign.

The ceremony was started with the recitation of Holy Quran. The guests expressed their views regarding tree planting.
While addressing the ceremony, the participants said that the main purpose of tree planting is to prevent environmental change. The importance of plantations for human life has increased a lot. Environmental change can be prevented by plantations. Various types of plants were also distributed among the local committees under the plantation campaign by the participants.

Under the Billion Tree Plus plantation campaign, 5000 saplings are being planted in Dalkhad, which will be expanded further.
