SUKKUR: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has called for providing high speed internet to the youth of the country.
He was addressing the convocation of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Sukkur on Tuesday.
“Highways and roads are no longer infrastructure. The real infrastructure is high-speed internet,” the PPP chairman said.
He said the youth will have to fight to get their rights.
The PPP chairman also congratulated the students on their big day and said that IBA Sukkur was founded by his late mother Benazir Bhutto.
“No one can take away your education.” IBA has become an institution of international recognition,” said Bilawal.
The PPP chairman said that the old man sitting in Islamabad did not know the rights of the youth.
“The old man from Islamabad knows nothing about WhatsApp, Netflix and gaming,” the PPP chairman said.
He invited students to give him suggestions on the Digital Rights Act.
The PPP chairman lamented that there is no plan in the federal budget to address climate change.
