ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has questioned why powers were not transferred to the judiciary when all powers were taken away from the President and given to the Prime Minister. A delegation of the Supreme Court Press Association met Bilawal Bhutto Zardari at Zardari House to discuss constitutional courts and judicial reforms. Speaking to reporters, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said, “We have also placed the Senate above the National Assembly. During the Iftikhar Chaudhry era, the judiciary created a government over the government.” The PPP chairman further said that politicians should return to the realm of politics. The game of “Who will become Prime Minister” must end and so must the game of “Who will become the boss and who won’t”. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari noted that polarization has reached such an extent that it is said that only those who have Khan are right. Was it not an abuse of power to threaten the business community into contributing to the dam fund?
