Peshawar: Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Pakistan Hazar Farhavov and his wife visited the Peshawar Chamber of Small Traders and Small Industries (PCST&I) on Tuesday and inaugurated the new building of the chamber.
On their arrival, former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa governor Ghulam Ali and team leader Malik Maher Elahi welcomed the delegation and discussed bilateral trade.
Speaking at the event, the ambassador said that the information visit will be held soon for the business community of the two countries, adding that this is the best opportunity to improve and develop imports and exports between the two countries.
He said that a business exhibition will be held in Azerbaijan in November this year, where Pakistani businessmen can explore investment and trade opportunities.
Hazar Farhavov said that Azerbaijan makes it easy for Pakistanis to get visas because the government and people of Azerbaijan have special love and respect for the people of Pakistan.
On this occasion, the former governor of KP Ghulam Ali thanked the business community of Azerbaijan for their love and support and said that indeed the exchange of business community between the two countries will strengthen bilateral relations.
