The speaker condemned the persistent violation of human rights and the abuse of Indian forces in Kashmir and expressed serious concern about the situation of cashmere people. The condemnation of the revocation of India in Article 370 and Article 35a – which Jamm and Kashmir have granted a special status – indicated this step in a glaring violation of international law and ignoring the disputed status of the region.
He emphasized the urgent need for the UN Security Council resolutions and reaffirmed that these resolutions were guaranteed by the right of the Kashmir people to self -determination and required the end of the Indian illegal occupation of the territory.
The speaker also confirmed that Pakistan will continue to increase the problem of Kashmir on international platforms and defend the peace solutions in accordance with the ambitions of Kashmir people.
