Peshawar: The anti-terrorism court in Peshawar has issued arrest warrants for the nominated MNA and other former members of the assembly and workers of PTI in the May 9 case.
Order to arrest all the accused and produce them in court by March 7
In the case of May 9, the case was heard against the newly elected MNA Muhammad Asif and other former members of the assembly and workers of PTI.
Government and private property was damaged a citizen was also killed during the vandalism 131 accused including former members of assembly and workers of PTI Peshawar have been named in the case 73 accused have appeared during the trial and 58 accused have not been acquitted.
Those who did not appear include newly elected MNA Muhammad Asif, former members of assembly Arbab Jehandad, Malik Wajid, city president Irfan Saleem, former governor Arbab Asim and 58 workers.
Anti-terrorism court arrested the accused and held the next hearing. However non-bailable arrest warrants have been issued against 58 accused named in the case before the court.
