Fateh Jang: The saints (Auliya) have rendered countless services for the promotion of Islam. Khanqahs (spiritual centers) serve as a source of guidance and direction for people, and the blessings of the pious saints will continue until the Day of Judgment. These thoughts were expressed by Sajjada Nashin (spiritual leader) Pir Syed Qasim Shah Sialvi while addressing the three-day annual Urs celebration and turban-tying ceremony of Pir Syed Ahmad Shah Hamdani Sialvi.
During the event, turbans were tied on 23 Huffaz (memorizers of the Quran) from Darul Uloom and students who completed their Dars-e-Nizami (Islamic studies curriculum). Additionally, talented students who secured third position in Adeeb Arabi and second position in Alam Arabi at the Bhera Sharif Board were awarded prizes.
The three-day Urs included activities such as remembrance (Zikr), recitation of Durood-o-Salam, Quranic recitation, and tributes by renowned naat reciters.
The event was attended by notable figures, including Pir Syed Akram Shah from Garhi Sharif, Pir Saadat Ali Shah from Chura Sharif, Pir Syed Farooq Ahmad from Mera Sharif, Pir Muneeb Masood from Nara Sharif, Pir Qazi Sohaib Zafar from Mianwali, Pir Lutfullah Hamidabad Kanyal, Syed Liaqat Ali Shah, Syed Azhar Shah, Syed Sadat Shah, Syed Muhammad Hussain, Advocate Abid Aziz Khan, Professor Abid Mahmood, Irfan Tariq Hattar, Abdul Jabbar Hashmi, Professor Iftikhar Ahmad Ifti, along with a large number of disciples and devotees.
