SWAT: Former Chief Minister and Vice Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Parliamentarian (PTIP) Mahmood Khan said that he has always given priority to the development of the region instead of personal interests.
The PDM government transferred the funds of the projects approved during my tenure to Banu and DI Khan and continued the journey of development. He expressed these views on Thursday while addressing gatherings in various areas of Tehsil Matta during the election campaign. On this occasion, ANP’s local leaders Liaqat Ali Khan, Sharaft Ali Khan, Wilayat Ali Khan, Hussain Ali Khan, Abdul Wadud, Rahmat Ali Khan, Iftikhar joined the PTI parliamentarians after ending their fifty-year association in Chaparial area of Matta Tehsil. Meanwhile, hundreds of people from the People’s Party, Muslim League-N, Qaumi Watan Party and other parties announced their resignation and expressed their confidence in Mahmood Khan.
“There is prosperity and people should vote for us on that basis,added , “that whoever comes to you to vote, you must ask him what he has done for the development of the area.” he said. He said that tearing my flags and posters will not do anything and on February 8 we will defeat everyone in the field. Mahmood Khan further said that the opponents are afraid of my performance and on February 8, I will prove that the turban is heavy on everyone.
