Pakistani actress Hina Khawaja Bayat has claimed that Bollywood star Aamir Khan created his show after being inspired by hers.
Hina Bayat recently appeared on a private show where she discussed various topics, including her career. She revealed that although she started her career as a host, she was the first personality to present real societal issues on screen.
Hina Bayat spoke about her shows “Aljhan Saljhan” and “Geo Hina Ke Sath,” stating, “When we started this show, no one talked about psychological issues. The goal of our show was to bring forward issues without promoting anyone. Initially, the show focused more on psychological issues and was named ‘Aljhan Saljhan,’ which was later changed to ‘Geo Hina Ke Sath.'”
Regarding the show, Hina Bayat mentioned, “I personally designed the set for this show, but after some time, Aamir Khan also started his show, and when we saw it, we were shocked because even the set and content were similar to ours. I would say that at that time, Aamir Khan was definitely inspired by our show.”
Although Hina Bayat did not mention the name of Aamir Khan’s show, media reports suggest that after her show, Aamir Khan hosted a show called “Satyamev Jayate” on the Indian channel Star Plus, which gained popularity in India due to its unique format.
