SWAT: At least two brothers were killed and two-others were seriously injured as a result of firing between brothers in Odigram area of ​​Swat district. Police Officials confirmed.
According to DSP City Circle Shahi Bakht Khan, the incident took place at that time, when the firing took place during a fight between his own brothers over a domestic dispute. As a result, two brothers Ehsan-ul-Haq and Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq died on the spot while other two brothers Rashid Iqbal and Shakeel Ahmed were injured.
According to the police report, the injured Rashid Iqbal told the police in his statement that his brother Shakeel Ahmed used to fight with him daily.
” On Monday, I and my two brothers Ehsan-ul-Haq and Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq were outside the house when Shakeel Ahmed came out of his shop and opened fire on us. As a result of which Ehsan-ul-Haq and Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq died on the spot while I was seriously injured.” he claimed.
On the other hand, the accused Shakeel Ahmed also told the police in his statement that the three brothers opened fire on him.As a result of which I got injured.
After collecting the evidence from the spot, Rahimabad Police has registered a case against the parties and started further investigation.
” police said, that the accused Shakeel Ahmed was arrested three months ago by the Rip and Police for quarreling with his brothers and assaulting them.”
