Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa, along with CDA Board members and relevant Officers, visited the Sector C-14. The concerned officers provided a detailed briefing to the Chairman CDA about the ongoing construction activities in Sector C-14, informing him that development work in the sector is progressing rapidly towards completion.
During the briefing, Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa was informed that development work in Sector C-14 is being carried out 24/7, with more than 80% of the total work already completed. It was also mentioned that 96% of earthwork, 75% of base/sub-base work, 65% of drainage work, and 40% of sewerage work have been completed in Sector C-14.
Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa instructed that the development work in Sector C-14 should be completed ahead of schedule, and the remaining construction work should also be finished soon. He added that possession of the plots in Sector C-14 would be handed over as soon as the final installment of payment for the allocated plots is received.
Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa also stated that allottees would be kept informed about the ongoing development in Sector C-14 through the CDA website and social media platforms. He further instructed that arrangements for the provision of electricity and other facilities in Sector C-14 should also be completed.
Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa directed that the option of installing state-of-the-art solar lights in Sector C-14 be considered. The Chairman CDA also instructed the Member Engineering and relevant officers to regularly visit Sector C-14 and review the provision of civic amenities. Additionally, he directed that all obstacles hindering the sector’s development be removed and all developmental work be completed as soon as possible.
