Chakwal: Deputy Commissioner Qurat-ul-Ain Malik recently conducted a thorough inspection of various areas in Chakwal city as part of the Suthra Punjab Program. Joined by representatives from the Rawalpindi Waste Management Company, Malik assessed the cleanliness performance and issued directives for further improvement.
Qurat-ul-Ain Malik noted that the Suthra Punjab Program has significantly enhanced cleanliness in the district. Her inspection also included a surprise visit to the Trauma Centre in Kallar Kahar, where she evaluated the healthcare system’s performance.
Qurat-ul-Ain Malik reviewed the attendance of doctors and medical staff, availability of medicines, and cleanliness. She gathered information about the facilities provided in the Trauma Centre from patients and their families. Deputy Commissioner inspected ongoing construction work on Chakwal-Khushab and Thoha Bahadur roads, emphasizing transparency and quality.
DC Chakwal directed the administration to maintain timely provision of quality medical facilities and ensure that development work is completed within the stipulated time. As the first female Deputy Commissioner of Chakwal, she has pledged to pursue a people-centric approach.
