Havelian: The citizens of Havelian have demanded from DIG Hazara and DPO Abbottabad that in Havelian Main Bazaar, Katra Bazaar, Landa Bazaar, men disguise themselves as eunuchs and harass passengers and people sitting in vehicles. If they are not given alms, they keep knocking on the windows of vehicles. These eunuchs have the support of a few people, the police do not say anything to them. Therefore, strict action should be taken against these eunuchs and beggars. These eunuchs also invite the youth to commit sins in public, which is causing disfigurement in the society day by day.
