Timergara: Under the public agenda of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and on the special directives of Deputy Commissioner Lower Dir Muhammad Arif Khan, Assistant Commissioner Headquarters Zaid Safi conducted the action against Illegal LPG Distributors section 144 was enforced by the district administration against illegal LPG distributors. As part of this, Assistant Commissioner Zaid Safi confiscated the national identity cards of several illegal LPG distributors in Timergara Bazaar and sealed their shops.
All petrol pumps in the Timergara circle were inspected for pricing and gauge accuracy. Petrol pumps that lacked legal documentation, Form-K, or fire extinguishing equipment had their owners’ national identity cards confiscated.
A meeting was held with Levies and DSB personnel, where strict instructions were issued to maintain vigilant monitoring in their areas. They were directed to oversee public gatherings, track timber mafias, and pursue other criminal elements.
In a meeting with Levies circle officers, Levies personnel were instructed to remain alert in light of current conditions. They were warned that the use of mobile phones or any form of negligence during duty would not be tolerated. Non-compliance with these directives would result in strict legal action.
