Mardan: Vice-Chancellor Women University Mardan Professor Dr. Safia Ahmad has said that dream of progress and prosperity was incomplete in society without imparting education to women.
She expressed these views on the occasion of inauguration of admission expo held on premises of the Women University here the other day.
She stressed that it was very important to impart education to women as half of the population of country was comprised of female. She pointed out that the educational expo was organized with the purpose to provide guideline to the newly admitted students in the university. Besides, the educational expo was also be helpful to create awareness among students about getting of education.
She urged that the educated women had also to play their due role along with men for the development and prosperity in the country as it was a joint responsibility of both of the genders.
The Women University Mardan vice-chancellor Prof. Dr. Safia Ahmad urged parents to motivate their children towards modern education so that they could perform their responsibilities through a well proper-manner in future.
