Jamal Beker Abdullah, Ambassador of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and Coordinator of the Federal Minister and Prime Minister of Pakistan on Climate Change. The initiative was launched as part of a partnership between the Embassy of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, the Ministry of Climate Change and the University of Sialkot.
More than 200 plants of various indigenous species were planted in the initiative of the Ethio-Pakistan Brotherhood in Green Heritage, followed by climate walks in the city with the participation of many people.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, H.E. Ambassador Jamal Baker thanked the Embassy of Ethiopia and the Government of Pakistan for fostering brotherhood and brotherhood between the two great countries.
