Former PHC Registrar, Senior Lawyer Muhammad Sher Shah Khan Passes Away

LOWER DIR (HABIB MUHAMMAD KHATTAK): Former Registrar Peshawar High Court Muhammad Sher Shah Khan Baqza-e-Ilahi passed away.
Former Registrar Peshawar High Court and renowned senior lawyer Muhammad Sher Shah Khan passed away by the will of Allah Almighty.

His funeral prayers were offered in his native area of Talaash, Lower Dir. The funeral prayers were attended by a large number of lawyers, judges, religious, political and social figures, relatives and local people from across the province.
The late Sher Shah Khan was the father of former Sessions Judge, Exin Wapda Muhammad Imran Khan, former Nazim and former President of the Qoumi Islahi Jirga, Talaash Doshakhel Muhammad Ibrahim Khan Yousafzai, contractor Muhammad Farooq Shah, Muhammad Sohail, retired senior clerk, elder brother of Muhammad Nadeem Shah, and uncle of Sessions Judge Zubair Shah.

On the occasion of the funeral, personalities from different schools of thought paid tribute to the late Muhammad Sher Shah Khan, former Registrar Peshawar High Court, former Sessions Judge and renowned lawyer Muhammad Sher Khan, saying that the deceased had a dignified, serious nature, and he had dedicated his entire life to serving the judiciary and solving public problems. The services of Muhammad Sher Shah Khan will be remembered for a long time.

The Fateha Khawani of the late Muhammad Sher Shah Khan, former Registrar Peshawar High Court, former Sessions Judge and renowned senior lawyer is being performed in his native village, Kamangrah, Talaash, Lower Dir.
