Seven Terrorists Killed By Security Forces in Balochistan S

Pakistan’s counter-terrorism operations have entered a decisive phase as security forces successfully eliminated multiple Khwarij linked to Indian-sponsored terrorist networks. These operations underscore the military’s unwavering commitment to safeguarding national borders and protecting civilians from ongoing threats.

On 11 September 2025, Pakistan’s security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in Lal Qilla Maidan, Lower Dir District, following reports of Khwarij presence linked to the Indian proxy group, Fitna al Khwarij.

During the operation, troops directly engaged the Khwarij. After an intense exchange of fire, they eliminated ten Indian-sponsored Khwarij. Seven brave soldiers—Naik Abdul Jalil (39, North Waziristan), Naik Gul Jan (38, Lakki Marwat), Lance Naik Azmat Ullah (28, Lakki Marwat), Sepoy Abdul Malik (28, Khyber), Sepoy Muhammad Amjad (27, Malakand), Sepoy Muhammad Dawood (23, Swabi), and Sepoy Fazal Qayum (21, Dera Ismail Khan)—fought valiantly, saved civilians who had been taken hostage, and embraced Shahadat. Their courage prevented greater loss of innocent lives.

Intelligence gathered during Pakistan’s counter-terrorism operations confirmed the involvement of Afghan nationals, highlighting the cross-border dimension of the threat.

Following the Lower Dir operation, Pakistan’s security forces launched major counter-terror strikes from 10 to 13 September in Bajaur and South Waziristan. In Bajaur, troops, acting on credible intelligence, surrounded terrorist hideouts and eliminated 22 Khwarij. In South Waziristan, soldiers clashed with 13 more terrorists and neutralized them after heavy fire. That battle also came at a heavy cost, as 12 soldiers embraced Shahadat, demonstrating unmatched bravery and commitment to defending the homeland.

Security forces seized weapons, ammunition, and communication devices from the terrorists, further weakening the group’s operational network. Officials emphasized that the Khwarij had repeatedly attacked civilians, security posts, and convoys. Removing them reduced the threat and restored confidence among local populations.

Following Pakistan’s counter-terrorism operations, sanitization efforts continue to ensure that remaining militants are swiftly eliminated and civilian areas secured. Troops remain vigilant, hunting down any remaining terrorists. The Pakistan Army will continue conducting these anti-terror operations until it eliminates the last Khwarij.

The sacrifices of Pakistan’s martyrs have not weakened the nation. Instead, their heroism strengthens Pakistan’s resolve to achieve lasting peace, security, and stability for future generations.
