ISLAMABAD: Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal on Sunday asked the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to play a “positive” role in the rallies.
Expressing his thoughts in Zafarwal, Iqbal hit out at PTI and said, “A political party that failed to hold its internal elections secured its seats by forming an alliance with another political party.”
Emphasizing the need to embrace unity, he said, “We can all face myriad challenges by joining hands. One of the biggest challenges is to revive the country’s economy.”
PML-N stalwarts have asked PTI to take responsibility before leveling allegations against the opposition. He asked, “How can they [the PTI] solve the country’s problems if they continue to throw accusations at the opposition?
