FAZALHAQ
An anti-encroachment drive was carried out today in Shergarh Bazaar under the supervision of Additional Assistant Commissioner Fazlur Rahman. During the operation, illegally occupied areas were cleared, and the retrieved land was formally handed over to the National Highway Authority (NHA). The AAC also monitored progress on the installation of iron fencing in the area. The NHA has been tasked with carrying out further beautification of the site and implementing measures to ease the prevailing traffic congestion.
The district administration reaffirmed its commitment to reclaim public spaces and ensure a smooth flow of traffic in key commercial zones.
