The first Shahada Hazara Police Sports Competition organized on the special orders of Inspector General of Police Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Zulfiqar Hameed concluded, Deputy Inspector General of Police Hazara Nasir Mehmood Satti attended the ceremony held at the end of the first Shahada Hazara Police Sports Competition as the special guest. On this occasion, the families of Shaheed Head Constable Shabbir Khan Abbottabad, Shaheed Constable Muhammad Khalid District Mansehra and Shaheed Constable Asghar Jahangir District Haripur also specially attended this closing ceremony. DPO Abbottabad Omar Tufail and other senior police officers welcomed DIG Hazara.
On this occasion, DIG Hazara congratulated DPO Abbottabad Omar Tufail, SSP Ishtiaq Khan and other police officers and youths for organizing this sports competition in a good manner and while talking to them, he said that participating in sports competitions improves their health and abilities. Organizing this sports event will improve the physical abilities as well as professional skills of police officers and youths. Hazara Police will ensure the organization of more such sports tournaments. DIG Hazara distributed trophies and medals to the winners, runners and other players who performed well in cricket, volleyball, badminton and football competitions. Later, DIG Hazara also met the families of the martyrs participating in the ceremony and while talking to them, he said that we organized this sports event in memory of our martyrs and the families of the martyrs were the special guests of each match. Our martyrs are and always will be a part of our force, and the families of the martyrs will always be with us on every special police occasion.
